Hear what they're saying about us:
“Awesome walking tour of downtown Sonoma!”
This walking tour was better than our group anticipate and was an excellent blend of food/wine/cheese indulgences with the rich history of Sonoma. Mia, our guide, is a wonderful hostess who took us to all the right places where we truly got to taste and touch all things good in town. The hi-light of the tour was the Depot hotel where we got to taste a specialty pizza made by one of the owners himself. Very special! I highly recommend this to anyone interested in talking a break from the traditional winery tours.

“Great Start to Wine Country”
The tour guide (Mia) was great -- very knowledgeable and personable. We did this tour on our first full day in Sonoma County. It was a great way to jump start our wine country get away. Highly Recommend. Travelled with my four sisters and the five of us all agreed it was the best.

“What a great way to spend the afternoon in Sonoma!!!”
Was visiting Sonoma for the first time and we wanted to do something that would help give us a borad experience into the food and wine of the region. This tour, simply put, is beyond terrific. Not only is it a great deal, you get to enjoy fantastic food, wine, olive oil, cheese and chocolate. What could be better?? NOTHING! Mia was warm, friendly and well versed in the local food and wine scene. The diversity of experiences on this tour really showcase her knowledge and experience. It was a fantastic afternoon getting to know Sonoma. Thanks Mia! We had a fantastic time!

Outstanding Wines ...Great insight into select Restaurants located throughout the town provides a wonderful overview that you will never achieve on your own. This is a must. “Great time eating our way around Sonoma!”
Mia is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! We had wonderful food from places the locals enjoy, and we got VIP treatment at each stop! I cannot say enough good things about this tour, if you go to Sonoma I highly recommend it. We went on a Friday, with only 4 of us in the group, so it was very personal, not crowded. We got to celebrate my husband's birthday in a really special way! Thanks Mia for the wonderful day!

“Very accommodating of our large group.”
Mia was very accommodating of our large group with varied diets and preferences. Easy communication and transactions from the start. But more importantly, the tour and food itself was great! Wonderful knowledge of the area, food and history. Each stop along the way seamed genuinely pleased and excited to see (and entertain) us with little stories and unique samples. Well worth the 3 hours! Do this tour before you attempt to navigate the Plaza on your own.

“A fabulous time on Mia's Sonoma Food Tour!”
Had a fabulous time on Mia's Sonoma Food Tour! She is a very knowledge guide and shared quite a bit of history on Sonoma as we walked around. We visited some off-the-beaten path restaurants and appreciated her accommodations for our dietary restrictions. Great fun to have a few of the owners take the time to talk to us and share the local history. A must do when in Sonoma!

“Fabulous walking food tour in Sonoma!”
Mia was a wonderful host full of enthusiasm and education. I was impressed at how full I became after all of the stops! Great portions, wonderful food and wine with a really fun group of people to experience the tour with . We stopped at Girl & the Fig, Figone's Olive Oil ( I love that they have a olive oil club you can join!) Della Santina Enoteca ( amazing food and wine here!) where the owner came out to talk with us and welcome us. Enjoyed a great "Bee Hive" cake from Basque Boulangerie and did a yummy chocolate tasting at Wine Country Chocolates where we ended by picking out our own truffle. I highly recommend this tour!

“Never tried anything like this before.”
We have never tried anything like this before but we really wanted to try something new so we bought tickets. We met the small group (9) and our fun tour guide Mia and off we went. We visited 6 places and tasted some amazing food, cheese, wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dessert. My husband does not drink so this is why we chose a food tour and not a wine tour. Even though a couple of places offered wine, it was not something that he felt left out of. We enjoyed the fact that it was a walking tour because we were able to see all the little shops along the way. That way we knew what to come back for. Everyplace treated us wonderfully. Mia was a wonderful guide. She gave us facts about everything we saw and had a wonderful enthusiasm about her. I would certainly recommend this tour for anyone.

“Loved this fun foodie tour.”
The Depot Hotel, our first stop, was charming and beautiful and I loved the pizza made with bread dough and the paired wines. The chef was knowledgeable and loved learning about his family history and his family ties to the restaurant and Sonoma. Also learned how meat is cured! Enjoyed the cheese and chocolate tasting and learning all about the history of Sonoma and its landmarks from our knowledgeable tour guide Mia. All in all a truly fun, educational experience in a beautiful setting!

“This is an exceptional walking tour!”
The Sonoma Plaza is so beautiful and it was great to taste some local food and wine while learning about the history of the town. The "head foodie", Mia, really knows her stuff! We stopped at some fantastic restaurants and shops, all of which I will definitely visit again. Some of them I probably would have missed if I wasn't given the inside scoop from a local! All of the tastings were very good and plentiful. I even joined a wine club along the way! The three hours went by so fast, I was sorry when it came to an end! I will recommend this tour to all of my family and friends! Thank you!

“An absolutely fabulous experience!”
We visited six different vendors that offered a wonderful assortment of food and wine that showcase Sonoma. In addition to trying local dishes there were lots of opportunities to get to know some of the families that produce such quality ingredients/dishes. Mia was a great guide; she infused a wonderful combination of charm, enthusiasm and history throughout the four hour tour. This tour is a great value and a fun way to see and experience all that Sonoma has to offer. You will not be disappointed! This tour includes a brilliant arrangement of downtown Sonoma's choice offerings. It is cleverly created with the balance and range of tastes, fun and interesting facts. What better way is there to see such an amazing town?

“What a super fun way to spend my Saturday!”
Mia is a wonderful hostess and tour guide and she impressed me with her knowledge not only of the local foods and wines, but also Sonoma history! Where else can you sample first class California cuisine, locally made olive oils, cheeses, chocolates, and wine, stand on the spot where the California flag was first raised and pet draft horses on the way? I highly recommend this fun tour to anyone ready to be spoiled AND educated.

“If you're a true foodie!”
Mia was a knowledgeable, most congenial hostess. She picked the cream of the crop of this foodie town! She knows the proprietors of each tasting site well. She apportioned the time appropriately at each venue. Don't miss this one!

“Experience Sonoma”
A group of us went on the tour over Valentine's Day weekend and had an absolute blast! Mia (a Sonoma local), was our guide for the day. She set up 5 excellent tastings for us, from pizza, to olive oils/vinegar, and finished with chocolates. It was great to meet the chefs and proprietors at many of the stops and hear about what inspires them and how they prepare their food. Too make the tour even more enjoyable, Mia gives a great overview of the history of Sonoma and what plays into the varying architectural styles of the town square. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. My wife and I each said we need to bring any out of town friends over to Sonoma for the day just to go on the tour!

"The Best Thing in Sonoma!"
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 hour walking food tour with Mia. It was a great way to learn some history of the town while sampling lots of wonderful food and wine. I have visited Sonoma several times but only this time did I really discover it. It is obvious that Mia takes pride in offering a quality tour. We would recommend it to anyone!

What a wonderful way to see Sonoma's square and eat and taste wines of the valley. Mia is a terrific guide and even surprises you with the way she provides a picnic on the lawn.
